INVOICING AND PAYMENT

All quotes/invoices are valid for 24 hours from the date of issue. Please pay 50% deposit within the 24 hours. If deposit is not made, order will be canceled. Cash deposits not accepted.

Final payment is due 2 days before pick up/delivery. Final payments may be cash, in which payment will be due upon pick up/delivery. Please have correct/exact amount in cash as we may not be able to make change.

PREORDERS

Preorders are open for 1-2 weeks before pick up date(s). Invoices will be sent no later than 2 days after your order request has been received. Payment terms apply.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please request order at least seven (7) days in advance of date needed. For high volume orders, fourteen (14) days is preferred.

For custom orders, photo inspiration is highly encourage, however the designs can only be reproduced as an interpretation of the photo and will NOT be an exact reproduction of the product in the photo.

ALLERGENS

All cookies and icing may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens. Other major allergens that are commonly used in our kitchen are peanut butter and cinnamon.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly the baker will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cookies.

CANCELLATIONS

If we must cancel a booking due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to complete the order, the balance paid will be fully refunded within seven (7) days of notification to the customer.

If, for any reason the event is required to be postponed, please contact us immediately. The new date proposed will be subject to availability.

If cancellation of the order is required, the refund policy is as follows:
If the cancellation is up to two (2) weeks in advance of your event date, you will receive a full refund of the balance paid. If the cancellation is less than three (3) days prior to your event, there will be absolutely no refunds given. Refunds will be paid within 15 days of cancellation.

DELIVERY

Delivery is charged at our discretion and may not be available for all orders. A delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties. If customer does not show or respond within 30 minutes of agreed time, and does not notify of change of time or location, the order will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders are not subject to refund.

The customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the cookies are released from the care and custody of the baker. The baker is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter. Damaged orders (once customer accepts the order) are not subject to refund.
