Refund Policy
(Cancellation) If we must cancel a booking due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to complete the order, the balance paid will be fully refunded within seven (7) days of notification to the customer.
If, for any reason the event is required to be postponed, please contact us immediately. The new date proposed will be subject to availability.

If cancellation of the order is required, the refund policy is as follows:
If the cancellation is up to two (2) weeks in advance of your event date, you will receive a full refund of the balance paid. If the cancellation is less than three (3) days prior to your event, there will be absolutely no refunds given. Refunds will be paid within 15 days of cancellation.
(Pick Up/Delivery) If customer does not show or respond within 30 minutes of agreed time, and does not notify of change of time or location, the order will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders are not subject to refund.

The customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the cookies are released from the care and custody of the baker. The baker is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter. Damaged orders (once customer accepts the order) are not subject to refund.
