Hello!

My baking journey started years ago, before I knew it would be a business venture. As a kid I spent many days in the kitchen with my Nana making cookies and cakes, and with my Maw Maw making pies and homemade ice cream. My Nana sold decorated sugar cookies in my hometown, and in 2020 we officially made it "Nana Kay's Bakery." At the time I was finishing up school, and planned to move back home after graduation to put everything into the bakery. Long story short, that didn't end up happening, and it became more difficult to help manage my Nana's business long distance. While Nana will make you cookies when you need them, it's not the pursuit it once was. So when I started Cookies by Mallory in 2025, it was with a simple goal: to continue what Nana and I started. 

Whether you’re celebrating something big or just craving something sweet, I believe there’s nothing quite like a thoughtfully made cookie to make the moment feel special.

While cookies are my specialty, from classic flavors to decorated sets, I'm always looking to expand my skills and my menu. You'll see a few non-cookies items already!
